I’ve visited this location twice and both times have been outstanding. Henry had helped me both times and was very quick to find exactly what I wanted.  The first time I shopped here, I had been looking for a fragrance for myself. I gave Henry a list of my likes and dislikes and he was able to help me find something that suited all my wants. He showed me the EDP Vetyverio and I was instantly hooked. Upon cashing out, he also provided me with various fragrance samples, 2 of which I’ll be coming back to buy soon Tam Dao & Minthe.  On my second visit, Henry happened to be there and assisted me in finding a candle for mother’s day. He guided me through the various scents and suggested Genevrier which my mom ended up loving. Henry also provided me with nicely wrapped packaging for my mother’s gift.  Would highly recommend this location as the customer service is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Would definitely go to this location for further purchases!

I had an amazing experience at Diptyque! Erica provided exceptional customer service and really made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She was thoughtful enough to offer me samples, which was such a nice touch. Her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm made the entire shopping experience truly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to the wonderful service I received from Erica. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Diptique Yorkville boutique and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Henry. From the moment I walked in, he provided perfect service, showcasing his deep knowledge and passion for fragrances. Henry took the time to understand my preferences and, impressively, suggested a fragrance that suited me perfectly on the first try.  He then patiently guided me through various options until we found the ideal scents for both myself and my friend. His expertise in matching fragrances to personalities was truly remarkable. I was so impressed with his recommendations that I decided to purchase Mimosa Home Spray and a set of 5 Eaux de Toilette.

I'm absolutely in love with the Diptyque oval scented and odor room spray, and I truly appreciate the welcoming environment and warm smiles from the staff—it makes the whole experience even more delightful.  My experience at the Diptyque boutique was great. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile, and I mentioned it was my first time there. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the products and offering samples of perfumes I love though they didn't have samples of the limited edition. One minor suggestion for improvement would be ensuring all staff are familiar with the scents and products, especially newer team members. Nevertheless, I truly appreciated their warm welcome and assistance.

Went in to check out the store today and Henry was so helpful! Got the Jasmine candle and also a perfume, and Henry helped us with explaining the different scents/notes and gave great suggestions. Thanks again, will definitely be back later once it's time for a refill :

I recently visited the Dyptique store in Yorkville and I was so pleasantly surprised not only the store is absolutely breathtaking but we had the pleasure of meeting Erica which is without any exaggeration the best sales associate ever. Erica is absolutely the best, her recommendations, smile and kindness were the highlight of my day. I highly recommend this store! Thank you so much! Flinn and Guillaume

I had a disappointing first experience with Diptyque at this store. Maybe the associate who helped me was just tired or having a bad day, but the other customers who were in the store at the same time as me received far better service than I did. He seemed like he just wanted me to finish and leave, not giving me many recommendations or even really asking me what I was looking for. When I asked about the scent difference between the EDT and EDP of a fragrance, he told me there was no difference and didn't let me try them. Another associate later mentioned off handedly that there is in fact a difference between the two. I also had to ask if there were samples available, despite them being offered freely to other customers. I left without buying anything even though I intended to purchase when I made the trip there. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt which is why I haven't mentioned the associate's name since others seem to have had good experiences with him, but this experience left me feeling upset for a long while afterwards, and I'm not sure I'll ever go back. My advice for anyone visiting this store for the first time would be to know exactly what you're going for so you aren't relying on anyone to guide you.

A friend recommended this perfume brand to me and today was my first visit to this location. From the moment we entered the store, Kriston was very friendly and attentive to our preferences and requests, and he let us try many fragrances. I left the store without buying once and went to a different perfume store, but the smell of the perfume that Kriston put on my wrist changed over time and I was captivated by the smell. Even though we were at a different perfume shop, my mind wanted to go back to Diptyque again right now. And we went back there again, but I could not remember the name of the perfume I wanted to buy. But Kriston remembered the perfumes I had tried. I was really impressed with his knowledge of perfumes and his customer service. I usually don't spend money on myself, so at first I thought it would be too expensive to buy for myself, but I was convinced that it was worth it. I am looking forward to using this wonderful perfume for the first time in my life. I am sure it will brighten up my daily life. Thank you, Kriston. Please let me visit you again before I go back to Japan.

This store may be not that big, but the decor is exquisite, and makes me feel very comfortable. Erica's service was very professional; she accurately recommended scents I might like based on the few I mentioned. She was friendly and enthusiastic.

I went into the store today to get a candle for my condo and Chris was extremely helpful and professional! Was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to maximize what I could get within it.  Thank you Chris for the help and for sharing the beautiful store with me!  Gonna be back for another candle soon!
