Went to another dealer 3 miles away yesterday. Two staff sitting in the office doing nothing. When we asked if we could look at a couple of vans, told sales staff were all at NEC Show and they were only "doing rentals". They weren't actually doing anything but not able just to open two motorhome doors for us to put our heads in the door! Ended up then at Emmbee and their sales staff also out at NEC. Two absolutely lovely girls helped us out, were so brilliant and friendly, customer service was AMAZING!! Nothing was too much trouble. Went from ridiculous at TMC to sublime here. What a credit to this business. The only problem was they had so many vans that fit our criteria, we are struggling to choose but will be making a decision in the next day or so and definitely going back. Top top girls!!!
Fantastic service from Emmbee Motorhomes of Bury. Went to the NEC show in October with a view to buying a Motorhome. I needed some advice whilst on the Burstner stand and was approached by who turned out to be Phil Barker of Emmbee. After understanding what we were looking for he introduced us to Craig Meller as they had a used Burstner coming in by the end of the week with the layout we were looking for. We didn’t want to wait c. 12 months for a new vehicle as we had just sold our caravan. They had initially sold this vehicle and knew it’s condition would be good. We visited Bury and saw the vehicle within an hour or so of it’s arrival and it’s condition was excellent. There were a few blemishes which they said they would rectify and upon delivery the vehicle was spotless and could have been placed on the stand at the NEC. The whole journey with Emmbee has been exceptional. We are new to motorhoming and they have been great to deal with, so patient with the added bonus of online presentations of how the vehicle works which is a permanent record accessible at all times - a priceless feature in my opinion. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back there for future purchases and would highly recommend them. Can’t wait now to hit the road in the new year. Thank you Craig, Phil and the whole Emmbee team.
We have had a wonderful experience using Emm-Bee Motorhomes. From start to finish.... well continuing actually.....nothing has been too much trouble. Ben Seavers has been extremely professional and helpful. We part-exchanged our MH for a larger one with them. Whilst waiting for our new one to be ready for collection we were given a lift to and from Bury to pass the time. Another sign of excellent service. I cannot recommend them higy enough.
Just bought an Autotrail Motorhome from Emm-Bee - absolutely delighted with the vehicle and the excellent service provided the company. My main contact was the sales manager Craig - very friendly and professional to deal with and he organised a quick and really smooth transaction. They have a really great choice of vehicles and I would highly recommend them to any one looking to purchase a camper van or motorhome.
From the very first email enquiry, through the part exchange valuation, to the ordering and subsequent delivery and handover Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional friendly informative and fair. He kept us informed throughout the process and ensured that everything was just right on delivery. I’ve dealt with other dealers who should all follow Emm-Bee’s, and Craig’s example! What can sometimes be a stressful process was an absolute joy. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
Went to the NEC this week & secured a Burstner 727 for next year from Elliot , nothing too much trouble, very professional and looking forward to taking delivery next June , early days I know but so far so good What this space for further reviews
Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful about the Chausson 788 we eventually purchased and arranged for installation of all the extras ordered, even going so far as creating a new instructional video to assist in the future ! Handover involved a full review of all the equipment and everyone at Emm Bee was extremely helpful both then and subsequently. A minor hiccup was the non return of a Sunday 'technical assistance call' on the Monday concerning the heating system, but having solved the issue in the meantime this was unnecessary anyway.
We traded in our motorhome in exchange for a newer Burstner Elegance in April this year. Throughout the process we dealt exclusively with Craig and both appreciated his helpful and knowledgeable advice. It took us three visits to finally decide and each time Craig was very patient and friendly with absolutely no pressure on us to make a decision. His approach was definitely a factor in our decision to buy and we’d be more than happy to deal with EmmBee again. Since we took delivery a couple of queries on some of the van's functions have been dealt with promptly and efficiently by the after sales team
Excellent selection of motorhomes, both new and used. We have found one we like, so just need to organise ourselves now :D
Purchased a two-year-old Chausson 768xlb from Emm-Bee after placing a deposit at the motorhome show at the NEC in February. Slight delay in collection date but nothing to be concerned about. The moho was in excellent order, as described, and the communication with our sales contact, Craig Meller, was very good. He even arranged for a second tv bracket to be fitted in the bedroom, as requested. Unlike comments we have read about other dealers, we found Emm-Bee - and Craig in particular - to be concerned for us to be happy with our purchase before driving away. We had already read the hand-over video as requested and, as first-time buyers, Craig was extremely patient and thorough in his explanation of anything we were unsure of. This professional approach was backed up by friendly and courteous administration staff who all made the process a happy experience for us. So far, happy motoring and we would not hesitate to recommend Emm-Bee to anyone thinking of buying a motorhome.
