This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this guest house, the landlady couldn’t do enough for us, she is very friendly and helpful as are all the staff. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable with lovely onsuite shower room. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It is very central with a bus stop right outside into Edinburgh. I will certainly be going back for more visits.

Spent one night in Emerald Guest House with my boyfriend. The place is easily accessible by bus or by car, bus stop is just in front of the house. 
We found our room and the whole house neat and tidy and very well equipped. 
Breakfast was amazing, great range of choice served in a lovely conservatory.
Would definitely recommend Emerald House!

Just what I wanted from a guest house! Nice staff, adorable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and it's located right next to a bus stop to make getting to the city center easy.

Clean room and bathroom, staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and everybody can find something for yourself. Really recommended.
