They answer emails so fast and are so helpful to give you information about anything you need. They process all applications for everything very fast and efficiently (both my husband schengen visas and my lost/expired/changed passports) and if there is a que there is max 1 or 2 people ahead of me ever. When we voted for president there were even cakes served at the embassy and we felt like a little community and had a good time despite voting for different presidents :)
