A normal train station which is served by c2c trains which go to shoeburyness and Fenchurch Street stations. There are ticket barriers on both of the platforms and disabled access is available too. Both platforms are long and there is a footbridge with lifts to get to the Platforms. The station was quiet and clean.
There's this one guy in the booth for platform 1 and he's an a**hole, he doesn't admit when he's wrong, shouts at people when he's proved wrong and makes you buy tickets you already have! security and the other lady are lovely though
Always there’s a queue and the staff members are slow like the sloths nInstead of serving customers he was on the phone …nAlso, why is the lady seating on that chair doing nothing in my opinion? She is there to observe???
Always a queue no matter what time you want to buy a ticket. Security presence is there tho when ppl jump in front of you in the queue which happened to me twice this week or they tailgate at the barriers not having a valid ticket they do absolutely nothing. Why are they even there?? Security tend to open the gate for people they know who dont have time to buy a ticket but not when I am queuing and about to miss the train....Interesting isnt it... Ticket office doesnt have adequate staffing levels. There used to be a cleaner in the mornings who I have not seen in ages. The only nice thing about the station is the Coffee shop!
Thank you very much to the station Guard at the ticket office he was closed and the machines wasn’t working and the person was on break Ty so much as I had to get back to Barking
