Found Embassy online looking for a car to take me to a posh work event . Sent a message on website received a prompt reply with quote and timings very professional but friendly.Car arrived exceeded expectations shiny New Mercedes suited smart driver . Arrived at the venue in good time.Was apprehensive about pick late at night but didn't need to be driver text to say he had arrived early but not to rush as he just wanted to ensure there waiting for me but reassuring to know he was there. I text him saying i was getting coat a while later.As i left venue he was there waiting. Can not recommend more as a single lady travelling alone late at night its reassuring to know there are safe and stylish ways to get home.Also the cost was very reasonable. If you are looking for a car company try these.
I had to attend a funeral feeling unwell myself. I ordered a car to take me to St Pancras station as I could not face travelling on the underground. I was picked up by Raj who was a very polite driver and he kept me pleasantly distracted during the journey. It was well worth the cost! I will definitely recommend Embassy to my friends and family.
Needed last minute pick up from heathrow. I called Embassy went for a coffee driver arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Smart clean well presented driver .Confirmed my destination and helped me with my luggage.Very pleasant driver I have added them to my address book for future airport pick ups.
Booked a car to collect me from Airport as had very late arrival. Easy process to book .Received text advising driver details and driver was there at arrivals when I came out .Smart driver friendly took my luggage .I slept all the way back .Smooth drive friendly driver would definitely use again and recommend.
So so disappointed. Arranged a car to pick up my 78 year old mother three days in advance. Explained she has sight impairment and memory problems and was going to a clinic for further tests. I couldn't take her. I asked if they could exercise compassion and make sure she gets to the right clinic. I wanted them to make a note somewhere for when the time comes. They said yes, yes; they knew the clinic.The time came and it was pouring with rain. I had assured my mum that the taxi firm knew where she needed to get to and they would make sure she entered the right building. She was dropped off and she said whilst the man was not horrible, he didn't want to get out in the rain, waved his hand saying " "it's somewhere over there" My mother spent 20 mins in the pouring rain going up and down the street trying to find it. If I could have arranged hospital transport I would have but it wouldn't do clinics outside of the hospital even though the clinic does work on behalf of the hospital. I would have preferred Embassy to have said straight up. "We cannot help your 78 year old mother beyond getting her outside of our cars". It is sad that they couldn't stretch themselves; to be a little more thoughtful towards an elderly passenger; perhaps imagine it could be their mother. The sad thing is that my mother always thought them a good firm. But its times like this you get to see their true colours: the colour of money. They can exercise extreme levels of care toward that. Tut.
On time, friendly driver, clean, great in car offerings, fantastic that driver reviewed seat when leaving for lost items!!!
Have always provided excellent service for over a decade
Nice service but cash only a pain when you arrive international
