Popped in today on the off chance that they would have a bulb for our tortoise. Alan was extremely knowledgable and helpful - recommending the best option and then making the last one available for me there and then. He took the time and effort to take the fixtures and fittings from the box and show me how to install it and was happy to impart some words of wisdom with animal husbandry too. I’m glad to have found this local store and will certainly be going back for all manner of accessories and items - much more reasonably priced and more informative than big names out there

A brilliant shop that's singlehandedly fostered my new-found love for reptiles. I got my bearded dragon a couple of years ago from Alan, just bought a lovely corn snake.
We purchase a bearded dragon for our son for Christmas very helpful and friendly people and know there stuff when it comes to setting up a vivarium
Not impressed at all as soon as I got there the woman was pure rude handed over my dog the woman diddnt seem pet friendly at all; picked him up within an hour and 15 minutes when a normal dog haircut and wash can take 2-3 hours the state of the haircut was horrible my dog is small and fluffy now my dog has hardly any hair left and the state of his tail my dog is now nervous to be around us he must be thinking his being punished and when I picked him up another dog was bein cut and I heard her screaming at the dog while getting done; my dog will not be going back there for sure
Fantastic little independent petshop. They are very knowledgeable about reptiles, I board my tortoise here when we go away and he loves it!!!

I love this shop I brought my ball python from here few years ago and she’s big and healthy I come here few times out the month to buy thawed rats and other bits and bobs I recommend this shop to all very friendly professional staff
Fabulous dog grooming service always reliable, honest and gentle with our spaniel. Always receive very useful advice on dog care and all things K9 ! 10 out of 10 Di and keep up the good work ........glad we found you !
