AMAZING!!! I have just returned from a brilliant stay for my hen party. From start to finish the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating. We booked out 6 bedrooms for 17 people, and all rooms were spotlessly clean, the double beds were made into singles, and the sofa beds made up too as requested. The private function room was perfect for our use, the food was delicious, and staff were great! Even breakfast was spot on. Cannot fault anything, so thank you! Would highly recommend.
We booked a family meal in March, and everything was amazing. We had lots of different food choice, including quite a few gluten free options. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. Lots of parking available and easy to get to. Will definitely come back, thank you all who made our evening special. Nearby activities: Thetford has lots of shops. Center Parcs and High Lodge is near by. Safety: Welcoming atmosphere when entering and leaving Food & drinks: Lots of different options including gluten free and vegetarian. Examples include burgers, steak, halloumi burger, fish and much more.
There is absolutely nothing I can say negative. We were treated like royalty here. The people and service were the best you could ever ask for. The food was so delicious, and I loved that they had Corona beer on tap. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay before checking into Center Parcs. Plenty of parking but very icy surfaces. Easy checking in and a lovely warm family room Roe Deer, with plenty of space, comfy beds and a superb bathroom/shower. Tip to anyone staying is to switch the heating off for a better sleep. 5 star service and customer care once there though. Very doggy friendly with a decent area to walk around. You also get a superb breakfast and hope to return again.
Popped in for a meal before our journey home after a Centre Parcs stay and very glad we did! One of a handful of places both kids finished all of their meals and then spent the next 1/2 hour talking about! Staff were excellent and the toilets spotless! Nothing to fault.
Visited the restaurant for a family meal We waited 1 hour 15 mins before anyone took our order The food arrived , it was a traditional roast , very tasty but the portions were very small . We still felt hungry after our meal and would have liked a desert but again we were just forgotten about . No menus Very poor service We will defiantly not be returning It’s such a shame cos the interior decor is lovely and it’s in a great place . The staff don’t seem to enjoy their jobs one bit It’s such a shame , with the right management in place this restaurant has so much potential for improvement
Stayed recently at Elveden Inn. Nice modern yet relaxing decor and comfortable furnishings to ensure a great stay. Smart TV enabled me to relax and watch Netflix etc. Fantastic Shower. Tea making facilities within the room. Plenty of free parking. Meals available within the Pub during pub hours. Breakfast was good.
Enjoyed the food and the service was very good. Would have been 5 stars except for the smokers blocking the entrance and making me feel rude for trying to get through them into the pub. Literally had to try and get through as 7 of them weren't happy to let me and my partner past them into the pub. Perhaps they need a dedicated area so they don't feel they have to get out of the way every time someobe is going in or out of the pub.
nice setting with friendly staff but the portions were ridiculously small. half a carrot and 1 shallot just doesn’t cut it! and the christmas pudding portion was frankly an insult…..less than 2 spoons worth. would not go again very disappointing.
We had a wonderful stay in the annex. Such a comfy bed and very cosy! We had a little trouble with the Wifi but Mia the on shift manager I think came to our rescue and was genuinely really nice! Breakfast was delicious and a good size, the staff were really polite.
