Staff are very friendly and helpfull if/when you actually get to talk to them, just a shame it takes so long. Had a few occasions where I've just left as I was waiting so long. I appreciate it does get very busy but maybe have more people on hand to help.

Went in for boot fitting for my girlfriend, having personally had ski boots fitted here myself. My personal experience had been pretty good, but today’s was absolutely exemplary. Keith spent at least 2 hours on the boot fitting and gave a lot of really good advice which, even as an experienced Skiier, I found very helpful! Boot fitting is one of those things that is crucial to a good skiing experience, so get them fitted properly and certainly don’t buy online! Keith was particularly good so I’d recommend requesting him and perhaps calling ahead!

Had a problem with the fit on first pair of ski boots . I went back to the shop at Xscape and was sorted out by Benji   got them exchanged and total new refit  . Benji was fantastic and totally knew what he was doing . What a great guy I'm really happy now . Many thanks

Friendly service went to get a snowboard serviced but weren't taking anymore bookings because they had a five week back log because of the time of year. Loads of stock On display
