We went in on 16/10/22 and were helped by Jodie who did an absolutely wonderful job! She kept my mother calm and helped her find the perfect dress for her from What she described to her. All the staff were absolutely lovely from the minute we walked in through the door. For any bride looking for their dress I couldn’t recommend anywhere better with beautiful dresses to amazing staff.
I said yes to my dress today! I had such an amazing experience this morning at Elite Bridal Hull!! Leanne was so lovely! She is professional, knowledgeable and she really made my experience wonderful! This is the first bridal shop I have been to and my intention today was to go with an open mind and try on lots of different styles to see what suited me. Leanne helped me choose some different styles to try on that would suit me she and also helped me decide on accessories and gave me ideas on how to customise my dress. Would highly recommend. Amazing prices too! Thank you so much! X
I brought my wedding dress from Elite Bridal Hull with Jodi as my advicer. She was absolutely amazing. Going into the shop I was super nervous, Jodi straight away recognised my anxiety and was able to make me feel much more relaxed very quickly. Jodi was very professional, full of great advice but not pushy in the slightest. When finding my perfect dress, she made me feel like the most special customer and went above and beyond with my requirements of showing my mom the dress. I'm exciting to bring my daughter in to try on flower girl dresses and to attend my alteration appointment. I would throughly recommend Elite Bridal Hull

Very large store with LOTS of dresses. Well laid out, with good seating. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nearby street parking, and easily accessible.
Originally choosing my wedding dress was really difficult I really wasn’t looking forward to it I didn’t have a clue what I wanted, I just knew what I didn’t want. I gave Mandy what information I could and she helped me through it all from picking dresses out for me, to explaining what I can do differently to the dresses to make it my own. Mandy was aware I was not going to pick a dress that day but still helped as much as she could and gave what advice she could. I went away to other shops and figured out what type of dress I wanted, I went back again with 1 dress in mind to retry again Mandy thought I wasn’t going ahead that day which the plan wasn’t to but still did everything I asked including letting me try 2 more dresses on which was the total opposite to what I went back to try just so I could rule them out. I then asked to try the very first dress I ever picked out on again and I knew with a few tweaks it was the right one, Mandy really helped through the experience of showing what I can do differently to the dress thank you for all your help. 12 years ago I got my prom dress from Elite and now my wedding dress! xxx
I had the most wonderful experience at Elite bridal. Mandy made me feel confident and like a real princess. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, which were reasonably priced. The customer service was top notch and it was such an enjoyable part of my wedding planning experience. I can't wait to go back for my fittings. I was recommended by two friends that had bought dresses from there recently which I told Mandy on the day and she ensured that I would not go home with the same dress but was really discreet so I have still have no idea what they will he walking down the isle in. Beautiful shop, amazing dresses and wonderful bridal experience. Thank you!
Had my first ever bridal appointment here, was a bag of nerves, with my self confidence on the floor. I had the pleasure of Mandy helping me & I left that appointment feeling absolutely amazing! Even found my dream dress! The variation of dresses here with different shapse& sizes is amazing...highly recommend coming here...definitely made my wedding dress shopping a positive one...thank you!
Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hull branch. After having got married during lockdown and hating the photos of my dress, I was insanely nervous about trying to find 'the one' and getting it wrong again. The lovely ladies made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They were more than happy for me to try on lots of different styles of dresses so that I could make sure I knew what I did and didn't like without regrets. They had so many different styles of dresses available in lots if different sizes. I wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress with no regrets this time, the ladies were more than happy to let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They also helped me work out what I wanted. Once I found the one, they were happy to let me continue trying on to confirm it was the one. Once I tried it on again after trying the remaining options, they were more than happy for me to Facetime my Mum as she couldn't be with us. Start to finish the experience was amazing and we couldn't of asked for anything more. They went above and beyond for us. We couldn't recommend visiting Elite Bridal enough to people, you won't regret it!
