Was broken into lastnight and approximately 15 vehicles damaged. No way this can be a gold cassoa site. Not happy at all.

Rude staff, POT HOLES GALORE not the only people to complain about this. Our space got smaller because they wanted to cram more vans in. Glad we have left this storage facility.

Good secure parking and at a decent price. Still there just renewed for another year.very friendly reception.

We’ve been with CCS before until we sold our caravan in 2011.  We’ve just got back into caravanning this year, so they were our first port of call. Despite this Covid-19 world, they have been helpful and responsive to emails and calls. It’s an easy site to access with the key cards, CCTV and an on-site office.

I have been on this site for a number of years.  They have guard dogs, sensors, CCTV, Security Fencing etc.  However it is in a poor location.  In the last two months at least 50 caravans have been broken into.  On the first occasion, windows were smashed, interiors trashed, gas bottles strewn around.  Although the culprits were seen on CCTV, no-one has been charged.  Then despite the owners of the site reportedly spending £20K + on additional sensors, the site was again attacked last week.  On this occasion, someone knew exactly what they were doing and broke in to 20/30 vans with hardly any marks in evidence on many.  Others had their door frames mangled.  Many had TV's and other valuable items stolen.  The Police showed little interest.  That is why I have today removed my caravan to another storage facility.  I certainly would not recommend anyone putting their vehicles on this site for storage.

We store our caravan here and for how expensive it is it's not very good at all, staff are rude and not helpful and the ground is shockingly bumpy something that wouldn't cost much to flatten, I did have a part stolen from my van too. Won't be coming back next year. Disappointing.

Don't believe the web site, it's misleading in so far as the storage facility is not open 24 hours. It actually opens at 09:00 hrs if you're lucky. The chap on duty today, 1st August 2017, was rude, ignorant and aggressive.

i have to say stayed on there for 3 month. spaces too tight not very secure at all for my point of view. the staff can be rude. please stay away

very bad experience here our caravan has been there for the last two years we recently experienced a damaged light cluster and reported it to the site office who where not interested at all and simply quoted thats why you have your own caravan insurance and you have to claim on that ......we put that down to a one off incident and took the caravan out for the easter break we reuturned it back in on the easter monday we returned to the storage site three weeks later to dicover the caravan had been badly sctratched on three of the four panels once again we reported it to the site office who was once again very disinterested i repoerted it to the police who informed me that the site has had a lot of thefts from the site some 60 caravans have been burgled whilst in there care an absolute disgrace and a very shoddy set up the cctv doesnt cover people walking up nthe isles or around the caravans i have since removed my caravan along with many others who have decided that the caravan is no safer there than on our driveway at home DO NOT USE THIS UNSAFE STORAGE FACILITY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
