What a lovely friendly place this has become, played against the Sunday pool team and was made to feel extremely welcome great staff

One of the most homely, friendly B& B’s I’ve visited, stayed there several times,sometimes for long periods. A home from home. Clean accommodation and a good food menu. All enhanced by a landlady like no other. Can’t beat the genuine friendly nature of Lesley, she’s a star, looks after you like family. Well recommended.

Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Landlady very accommodating and a continental breakfast was provided even though website informs no breakfasts. Room was comfortable and very clean. Walls quite thin so can hear other residents. You do need to bear in mind this is a pub on a housing estate so limited resources.
