Every time I go they miss something chips and kebab miss the chips fish chips curry sauce no sauce , kebab salad chips x 2 no chips no salad , foods good when you receive it in full , supplied is a picture of my chips from tonight
Tried because of reviews and here on an overnight stay, wow was super tasty hot & fresh my only complaint is to much salt & vinegar my fish cakes were literally saturated, if there’s not enough you can add but to much can ruin your food as you can’t take it back, but have to say lovely chippy
We ate here for the first time, Friday gone!nnWe were over for the weekend from Stafford/Walsall and staying at YHA Coalport. We Googled local chippys and Andy's came up, along with a couple of others.nnWe asked the host at the YHA, which one she would recommend and she pointed us in Andy's direction. We weren't disappointed!nnQueue out the door always a good sign. Plenty of staff on, all very polite and friendly. Loads to choose from even for our veggie pal. Great value for money, big portions, fresh and delicious nnWill defo be back next time!
First time using this fish and chip shop and unfortunately it will be the last. Had fish and chips, the chips were pale and mushy, I personally think they had been warmed up from lunch time. The fish was swimming in grease and the batter was under cooked on the inside. I had a bad stomach the day after which lasted for 6 days which meant I had to go to the Dr's. Sorry in future I'll be sticking to the smithfield.
Lovely roe and chips. We sit and eat them in the carpark. Have made several visits.
