Went in the other day with some dry cleaning. The lady was rude and whatever day I wanted it done by it couldn't be done even though it was over a weeks time. Obviously didn't want the business and made it very clear!

As a regular user and appreciate the new owner has made some improvements which are good. 1) the service counter lady is friendly and open to new ideas 2) The door is often open and i donr know why the Manager does not allow the use of washing machines earlier 3) Last wash at 6.30 pm is no good for night workers we live in a 24 hours age geet it updated 4) Why cant you have your machines running at 5,00 am all you do is need to change the timer and will fit in with the new Tescos so and newsagent whil;e I can do my shopping and get my laundry done 5) water is never hot have to usually hor my washing before taking to this laundry because the water temp is so low 6) Good soap facilities but very crap conditioner amount 7) recommendations....if yoiu have a car got th the laundrette in Winton which opens at 7am and the water is very hot 8)Its is very magnimous that you offer free soap to students on a few days but you don't seem to realise they are only there a max of 26 weeks a year.....you could sdo much much more to your local users 9) why are so many machines our or order? if one visits when counter service is on then she uses them all so nothing left for customers that is why U need to open at least as 6am .....final point U are a competative business.....cold water crap machines and most of alll useless opening times will not do you any favours!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the fascilities are excellent. Great place!
