Nothing is ever too much trouble. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and excellent service. My choice of dry cleaner in the Bournemouth area.

Complete lack of customer service!!! My jacket, instead of getting refreshed, came back smelling very bad. I sent it in again explaining the issue. It then came back still smelling and with holes in the lining!! Neither the staff members nor the owner seemed to care. He basically told me the holes were a result of wear and tear. The fact the jacket was in a perfect condition when it was sent to their shop didn't really matter to the owner!!! AVOID!!!
