Story

Elite Fitness (formerly Tara Leisure) is a 12,000 sq foot fitness facility based in Shaw. Our facilities include 6000sq ft gym floor with over 65 cardio and exercise stations, onsite physiotherapy, extensive class timetable, boxing studio, two studios and steam rooms

Memberships are available from £19 pm or simply pay as you train!


The fitness suite offers a complete range of resistance, free weights and cardiovascular equipment including running machines, steppers, cycles, crosstrainers and rowers all carefully laid out for ease of use with a fabulous team of qualified fitness instructors on hand to ensure you exercise at a level that is appropriate for you.

FREE floodlit car parking.

The gym is always clean and has everything you could possibly need. Staff are so sound and helpful, give you help if you ask for it but not overbearing with it. Could not recommend this gym highly enough.
Great friendly staff, and a good range of equipment but the music is far too loud especially near the cardio equipment. You shouldn't be able to hear it through over your own headphones.
Propper good gym would like one extra cable machine but got everything you need

Brilliant gym, equipment classes etc but it's the people that make this place so good, the staff and pts are all mint and well friendly, tried loads over the years and never felt so at home anywhere else.
