The ladies at Elderberry Brides were so helpful helping me pick up the style I searched everywhere for. After trying on over 20 dresses I fell in love with a Mori Lee gown, highly recommended

First visit to shop found my dress so happy ,good customer service, would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee, apart from that really enjoyed the experience x

It’s a shame that you can’t score zero stars.

I have just tried to post this on Elderberry Brides’ Facebook page, but they clearly don’t allow people to post. They have also not got an option for people to write reviews. I wonder why!? 

I would like to share the terrible customer service I had today. I had an appointment booked for today (18th March 2018) at 11am. They called to confirm the appointment on Thursday, so all on plan.

When I woke up this morning it has snowed so I decided to call ahead to check if they were open.... no answer. I could only assume that the appointment was going ahead. 

We got there..... shop closed. It was the first appointment of the day, so allowing for snow we waited.... nothing. 

Called again.... no answer. Emailed.... no reply.... messaged on Facebook..... no reply. I even phoned the alarm company to see if they could get hold of them.... no reply.

After 15 mins, we gave up, and left. And good job we did. At 13.58 I got an email saying the shop was shut because staff were snowed in, (It’s interesting that there were loads of shoppers in Festival Place, none of them were snowed in) and that I needed to re arrange the appointment. 

I will be doing no such thing, and will stay well away from this shop. 

A decent company would have made EVERY effort to open, and then if they couldn’t open would have made EVERY effort to contact their customers before their appointments to let them know. 

To respond 3 hours later is not acceptable. They could have at least put something on their Facebook page.... but nothing. Me then contacting them should have AT LEAST meant an instant reply and apology. But nothing.

I am obviously not going to go back to this shop, as they are not to be trusted. Please share this to make others aware.

I had a wonderful experience when buying my wedding dress & bridesmaids dresses from Elderberry Brides. They provide a fantastic service; the staff couldn't have been more helpful, bending over backwards to make sure that everything was as it should be. 

As with all things, you get what you pay for. They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive, I feel I certainly got my money's worth through the personal service, expert advice, attention to detail through to the final alterations and fittings. 

They really care about their brides and really do want to know that your day went without a hitch! 

I couldn't have been happier with how my dress fitted and looked on the day. My bridesmaids looked amazing and felt like princesses.

What more can you ask for?
