Great and ideal for running/ walking. Handy for popping into library and combining with walk. Walking areas are abit bumpy/need resurfacing

Fair sized local park with pond, seating areas, playpark and lots of wide open space for football etc. Often hosts local sporting events and gatherings. Also some historic statues and ruins within the park. Elder Park Library is also situated within the park.

Me and my grandkids had a great wee day at the park nice and clean but not a lot for the kids.to play on

We and our 2 small dogs love Elder park and go on a regular basis after work. Recently however we and everyone else have been terrorised by Quad and motor bikes driven throughout the park at high speed by youths. Please monitor this put up signs and hopefully put a stop to this, as I am sure it is not allowed or indeed legal.

Council shut down. volunteers who worked there done amazing job lost jobs and the place is run down overgrown :-(
