There was a faulty lock on my son Michaels' door.   I reported this to DPHA and in no time at all a young man named James arrived to replace  the locks on the  front door.   James also re-hung a kitchen door cupboard  which was a bonus.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff involved, from the young lady who phoned me to advise when the joiner would arrive and by James himself.  He carried out these tasks quickly and efficiently and overall was a friendly young man with good customer service skills.

Well done Dalmuir Park +++++++++
