This review isn't about decor or furniture its about really good food. This Tapas restaurant has a very good and varied menu. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and very nicely served. The warm homemade cheesecake was a delight to eat. We really enjoyed our meal. Not dog friendly unfortunately
Not much for choice on tapas and was given 4 prawns on the Gambas alijjo which cost £9.50. we also ordered the meat paella which was under/over cooked. Rice got stuck in my molars as it was that hard. Service was terrible seemed to favour other customers obviously regulars. Will not be eating here again.
Great tapas place close to Clapham Junction, good wine recommended by the owner and friendly service, great tapas, we'll return!
There was delicious food and pleasant service. I will visit again with pleasure.
Very disappointing. The service was just fine but the food was just about edible - we didn't finish a single dish which is not like us. It was obvious that the quality of the ingredients wasn't good but also it tasted like everything had been cooked previously and heated up, with nothing fresh.
Tapas were high quality however, despite being one of only three occupied tables it was quite difficult to get the sole staff member's attention and easier to order at the bar. He didn't seem exactly happy to see people there either. Overall a pleasant evening but I wouldn't be rushing back.
Delighted this is on my doorstep and a little bit dangerous. I'm so fussy about my paella but this was amazing. Recommended the house red and the cheese triangles for starters. So good we have been twice this week. Missed the live music on Wednesday... Can't wait to go again.
We visited El Patio for the first time last Saturday evening with two children - one 9 year old and one 2 year old. The staff were absolutely amazing with the kids, and they were so friendly and accommodating with all our weird requests - the 2 year old only eats green olives - the lovely waitress brought a little pot just for her. Such delicious food, amazing sangria. We can't thank them enough for a wonderful evening out with kids in tow - such a great vibe, smashing food, and drink. HIGHLY recommend a visit!
Paella overcooked and with a lot of garlic inside! What it really left me disappointed was that they charged 4.50£ for a bottle of water!! First and last time there. A positive note is that customers were well spaced out.
Long overdue review! I visited this restaurant in December 2020 and I was amazed with the food, me and my partner shared the Patas Bravas, Pipimentos de Padron, Croquetas and the Gambas Ajillo and the seafood Paella to follow, the food and wine was outstanding. The service was great with friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommenced this restaurant! Will be returning soon... :
