I have been coming to this surgery for more than ten years. Whenever I have phoned in the morning for an appointment I have been given one later the same day. If the problem has not been an emergency I have never had to wait more than a week. The long-suffering receptionists have always been understanding and kind, and the doctors are excellent. This is the best medical centre I have ever been to, we are very fortunate to have it in Egremont.

Say ring at 8am for appointment I've been trying for months ov a mornin to get seen receptionists r snotty nose bints who think they no better than a doctor completely pathetic practice lately compared to how it was wen I joined them 5years ago

Having been a patient here for 20 years, I can only state that my family and I have always received a 5* service from this practice.  Nothing is too much trouble and I don't know how the receptionists cope sometimes with the way in which some patients speak to them.  We can always get appointments and nothing is too much trouble for the doctors.
