Came to Efes a couple of Mondays ago . We decided to treat the boys to pizza,so bought 2 x 9' pizzas with chips and onion rings.Firstly it was a Monday evening and we were the only customers there. We were disgusted at the attitude of the guy serving us as he was very rude and arrogant. Granted we took a while to decide ,as we have children that are very fussy,so wanted to make the right decision and also we had our 2 year old with us ,so didn't want to feel like we were being rushed. The guy who I know is the owner had a serious attitude problem and made us feel so unwelcome from the moment we walked in. He asked us about 3 times if we were ready to order and then had the nerve to say in an annoyed voice 'were we actually going to buy anything'!! No mate we just came into your shop to look at the menu and then walk out. Very nearly walked out and went somewhere else where they actually wanted your custom. Then if that wasn't enough both the pizzas were only warm ,as if they had been warmed up and not cooked fresh to order and the chips were the tiniest portion you've ever seen and also had only 5 onion rings instead of 6. Won't be coming here again as appalling and not cheap either at just under £20.
