Appuling service no matter whether your only customer or shop full always have to wait....staff go out of sight of customers to Slag them off and don't think you can hear...this is not the only time I've had this customer service here....wish there was another chip shop in Tenbury. Food ok but not special not good value.

Consistently great. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it for fresh and perfectly cooked fish and chips.

Wow... The last time I had fish this good was, was... Nope I can't remember! Absolutely excellent and good chips too. Had to queue for about 20 mins but hell it was worth it. Well done Tenbury Fishbar

Gone dramatically downhill :) so disappointing. SMALL FISH! We moved to Tenbury 8 months ago and were very impressed by this chip shop. Portions were large and the fish was thick, white and very tasty. The last 3 times we've been however we've ben incredibly disappointed and have sadly decided not to return in future. Tonight we ordered the 'Large Tenbury Special'. What we received was a small fish covered in loads of batter to give the impression of being large, a sausage and very dry, hard chips. Even our 5 year old daughter commented that the fish was 'tiny' and the chips were 'horrid'. Such a shame. If you're looking for fast food try somewhere else - I get the feeling that the popularity of this chip shop will soon be fading as more and more people get disappointed.
