We are a family from Ukraine, we turned to the Eden Sales & Lettings agency to rent an apartment.  We applied to different agencies and unfortunately had a bad experience.  As soon as we phoned the agent, they showed us the apartment on the same day. The agent did a great job, Nisar was very attentive and helped to resolve all issues.  Thanks to such people as Nisar, we have not stopped believing in miracles.  Thank you very much Eden Sales & Lettings for the fact that we now have a house.

I've used Nisar and his team for 4 years managing multiple properties. They provide an excellent service, have a strong network of tradesmen and above all else are free to impart advice.

I have a flat in High Wycombe which was managed by Romans since they took over from Leaders. I’ve had a number of maintenance issues which Romans quoted ridiculous prices to put right. The flat above was managed by Eden Lettings who had solved problems for me previously which Roman’s should have sorted on my behalf. Most recently I needed a bath replaced & had to ask Eden Lettings to get me a realistic quote. Nisar sorted everything within a week for a much better price & the tenants contacted me to praise the contractors for the work they’d done!!! I’m no longer with Romans & am very pleased with the first class service from Eden Lettings. It’s very rare these days to get such exceptional service!

i have a block of five flats in the town centre  managed by Eden sales and Lettings since Jan 2018. Excellent  hassle free service, never had any issue with the tenants or missed any rent payment.

Excellent customer service.  I have a number of properties with Eden Lettings on there fully managed lettings plan.  I never have to worry about anything as they handle any problems with tenants and I always have the rent in my account on time every month.  I have used them for over 6 years and would definitely recommend their services.
