I had a delightful experience while letting the property with Addison Giles. Throughout the process, Kay Randhawa was really helpful and quick in getting the tasks done. Happy with the overall experience.
Had a brilliant experience from the first phone call with Natasha who was very friendly and did a fantastic viewing of the property. Their branch administrator Kay was so helpful and communication was great all the way through. She was able to answer all my questions and reassure me every step of the way. Highly recommended

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Travelled 20 miles to view a property and was not told the viewing was cancelled until I was outside the property. No email no text not even a courtesy phone call. Disgraceful. Everytime I called I was told someone would get back to me and I always had to phone back. If you are looking for a nice quick transition into a new property. Stay clear of Addison Giles. They will waste your time and money.

Smooth process, people here are very helpful and professional. Whosoever is looking for property in Sl1 area, I will recommend Addison Giles.
I won't recommend to rent property from addison giles if you want to save your money. I had several issues in the property from which some are delt with efficiently and some are not. I had an issue with my master bedroom due to dampness and mould which I had reported several times but no solution was found to solve the problem. And due to mould and fungus my health was bad, water was dripping out of the wall socket which was major concern of health and safety. There were other several issues with the property which I have reported but in return they blame me with out any investigation. Cutting story short, they didn't raised any damage in the property during their periodic inspections neither they gave me any inspection report with any concerns. Finally I left the property clean and tidy but they made inspection of the property without my presence and gave final bill of damages of whooping amount. Now how would I have accept the damages after 8 days of handing over the property keys. However next day after handing over the keys, agency called me saying that the keys are wrong and they have to break the property door and I will get charged for that. Eventually they manage to find the right keys. When the time of returning deposited, they threatened me of solicitor and told me to sacrifice all my deposites. Now who is responsible for the demage of my health due to dampness and fungus in the property which was not investigated and fixed after several complains. After staying for several years in the property, they don't recognise wear and tear in the property. I am really disappointed with management.
