I had my first ever spray tan at Serenity Retreat and it definitely won’t be my last.  I’ve always felt self conscious about getting one before and nervous about how the colour would come out, but when I found out serenity were now doing spray tans I thought I’d give it a go.  I was made to feel completely comfortable and was really put at ease.  I didn’t feel sticky afterwards and the smell wasn’t bad or overpowering. Real care was taken to wipe my nails etc after the tan had been applied.  The colour got darker as the day went on but it never looked too dark and there was no orange in sight! When I showered the next morning I was left with the most even golden  tan. Even my hand, feet and knees were perfect which I’ve never managed to achieve with fake tan at home!  I absolutely loved the outcome and will definitely be back for another one very soon.Service:&nbsp;Tanning

Follow up review - I'm still going to Serenity for lash infills every three weeks. I love it there! I now go for the H2O facial as well as with Sarah. The H2O facial really is delightful and makes a huge difference instantly. My face felt tighter & poreless! I was able to wear make-up still later in the evening and I could just tell by applying my make-up the difference in my skin's quality. My skin was glowing from underneath! Loved every second of it. . . . What an absolutely wonderful place and the staff are so kind and friendly! My Russian lashes look amazing and I can't wait to flutter them about. I've already booked an infill appointment because I'm so keen to come back again soon! Can't wait to recommend this place to my friends.

Fantastic service, but I love the guaranteed result.  Been to many places in the past but found a hidden gem with these guys.  Brazilian wax definitely comes highly recommended.

I cannot fault this beauty salon it’s AMAZING! I go regular for HD brows but this time I had my make-up done and it looked fabulous! I never have my make-up done so was unsure on what I would look like but I had so many compliments throughout the day. My skin felt amazing and the make-up lasted all day! It’s perfect for any occasion or just to treat yourself! I have booked to have it done again. Thanks again!

Best salon for nail and beauty treatments, especially the facials. Had my first course of crystal clear facials today and I'm overwhelmed with the result. Looking forward to visiting again in two weeks. Lovely staff and a beautiful salon. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a friendly, local retreat.

Well what can I say... This salon was highly recommended by a friend and I am over the moon I took her advice and paid them a visit. My spray tan was fast and developed lovely, with no streaks! The service was fantastic and the girls made me feel welcome. Finally a salon that makes me feel comfortable.

I’ve been using serenity now for over 4 years, they’ve never let me down always been accommodating and always have a lovely smile when you walk through the door! I always feel comfortable having my treatments here and would never go elsewhere! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Had a french manicure which is terrible. The member of staff that did it was lovely. However it took 1 hour 15 mins to do, bless her she was trying to get it right by painting the white then having to take it off because it wasn't neat! Have since come home and removed it as it was horrendous.  Been there before for treatments and never had a problem. Stuck now for holiday nails! Just had a phone call from the owner apologising for my experience today and offering a free beauty treatment when I'm back from my holiday.....that is great customer service.
