We used Ashdown this past weekend when we were scheduled to move in the middle of storm Emma.  Their customer service was excellent all the way from providing the initial quote and advice on how best to pack ourselves, dropping off boxes in the middle of a snowstorm, and keeping us up to date on the weather and if it would impact the move itself.  On the day our drive was too snowy so the team proceeded to shovel the walk until they could confidently get the truck down the drive.  They made every effort to minimise the amount of dirty snow trekked into our old house and the new house by using drop cloths and positioning movers so some were outside and others remained inside.  They were very gentle with all of our belongings and went out of their way to ensure everything was delivered to the right room and even hung our clothes in the wardrobes.  Despite the snow, this was one of the best moving experiences I've had thanks to Ashdown.

Ashdown were quite amazing and beyond our expectations. My wife and I didn't have to do anything and after 46 years it was a great relief to have Danny and the team in charge.  Many, many thanks.
