Had cabs from the service for the past five days and no problem. Had a couple of boxes to put in but not big boxes. No problem with them for five days, polite guys and fast service. Come today I phone for a cab and a lady were extremely rude and said “we haven’t got the time for that” poor customer service in my eyes. Phone back later to speak to a manager but apparently they aren’t around. Not happy with the service on the phone and not a way to talk to a customer.
I booked a taxi with Easy Cabs for two of our employees for our company Christmas party, including a return journey. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful considering she was already very busy with other Christmas party bookings and I wasn't familiar with Leamington, she helped to decide on a suitable pick up point. She couldn't fit us in at the return journey time we wanted but again helpfully managed to squeeze us in elsewhere in the evening. She took a contact number for the passengers and my contact number and that was that as far as I was concerned. However, I rang up a couple of days later to arrange payment and was told my booking was not in their system due to them being fully booked all evening with another Christmas party. The lady was not particularly helpful this time, just repeating that they were fully booked and offering no other information or advice. So now, 2 days before the date, I am left with no taxi for our employees. Just glad I had rang up to check on it, otherwise this would be a somewhat angrier review! Great job Easy Cabs!
I'd pre-booked a cab for 10.00pm on Christmas Day and was a little twitchy having seen recent reviews. But our guy was at the door exactly on time, he was very polite, quoted a very fair price at the lower end of the range suggested when booking, and he drove carefully and considerately. They've got my vote, we'll certainly use Easy Cabs again!
Excellent service all round from booking to drop off. Staff were polite and couldn't be more helpful showing consideration for my son's first trip away from home in a strange place. Driver was prompt and courteous. Communication was great throughout.Will definitely be using again Lorrie V
tried to call to arrange a taxi and the operate said "he didn't know, exactly" in terms of pricing. when saying i can use another taxi service he said "fine, if you'd rather do that" bad customer service in my opinion, will not be using. a shame considering all of the nice reviews on here.
I have not used this taxi firm but my review is based on their drivers who I have routinely found to be the most courteous and best drivers of all the taxi firms that use the lanes near my home. I run with 3 dogs in the Napton area and the drivers are always careful around me and I appreciate that very much. I would imagine that this care would extend to their taxi service also. Thank you
By far the worst taxi company I have had the misspleasure of calling..firstly attempted to call a taxi at 4 pm for 730pm. I was told that they wouldnt take a booking before 6pm for that time and to call back. The phone was then hung up. I recalled at 6 and when we were 6 mins late i had call to tell me to stop wasting there time and the taxi had left...i regularly use them for guests i serve at the star and garter and will never do so again.....
Ordered a taxi.. Didn't come waited an hour still didn't come. Everytime I tried to get through to the my call was either ended or they didn't answer. Simple solution for them... don't tell people you can do a job if you are to busy or running. Late. My time was now waited and I'm having to wait another half an hour for a different taxi company. I will take my business elsewhere. Awful servise.
Bus broke down and the driver came to the rescue. Great service. Friendly Answered my phone calls when he needed directions to the middle of nowhere.
