Driver turned up 25 minutes late, didn't know where to go so stopped on a busy road to phone for directions. Took us to completely the wrong place then acted like we should get out anyway. Got annoyed when we asked to go to the correct drop-off point. Driver then asked a friendly person for directions and then, when he didn't get the answer he wanted, shouted at him and insulted him! Missed the turning again and reversed slowly down a 50mph road (quite dangerous!). Oh, and he added an extra charge at the start because he "didn't want to drop us off at the wrong place"! The person taking the booking was nice enough but they need some new drivers!

Do not use this cowboy of a taxi company. Pre book a taxi doesn't show up, finally picks the call up after 8 calls and has no recollection of the booking. Waste of space and now missed our train. Absolute joke and should have their taxi licence revoked!!!

Avoid. Taxi turned up 40 minutes late to a pre made booking with no apology. Driver had to phone to get directions and then charged £40 for a 10 mile journey...  Don't waste your time.
