Never used these people before. But needed a taxi on a couple of days while our car was being repaired. I have to say these guys are really amazing. Nice and polite drivers..even helped me with my bags which was nice. The price is very good the cars was nice and clean. Will use again if I ever need to and will recommended to family an Friends

I have used Sapphire Taxis for a number of years and I always highly recommend their service to everyone. They have taken me on short hops, literally just around the corner and they have also taken me on long distance journeys. No matter which journey I’m going on they’re always punctual and charge a very fair and reasonable price. They are very professional people, their taxis are excellent, tidy, clean and luxurious! Give them a try, I’m sure you won’t find a better service than Sapphire!

Amazing customer service, the drivers get to know you and are always polite and happy! Really professional and reliable. I would recommend this company if your looking for quick reliable friendly and a high standard service.

Variable and disappointing. Very good taxi into town. Very good taxi back from town. Used them the next day (as we thought they were good) to go half a mile and they tried to rip us off (for the same price as a taxi back from town, circa twice what it should have been, they didn't run the meter...). A real shame, we thought we had finally found a decent firm.

I was recommended Sapphire by a work colleague after my usual company let me down. Sapphire are a fantastic company, always on time, efficient, friendly and they have very nice and clean cars. I really like the Mercedes they have. Their drivers are all professional, smart and pleasant people. I would recommend every one uses Sapphire Taxis.
