5 minutes from pickup got a text to say driver delayed, no other driver, call another company. Absolutely great as I have an appointment to get to. Should I be grateful for 5 minutes warning? If you want reliability, this is not the taxi firm to use.
I contacted Nick a while back to arrange a whole host of taxi's for our wedding day, picking family and friends up from various hotels and dropping them all back to where they needed to be. His pricing was better than any other quotes I received and he was lovely to deal with. All of the cars were where they needed to be and everyone arrived and returned as needed! Thank you so much to Nick and all of his drivers.. he even helped me out via email while he was on holiday! Five Stars!

Great service! I highly recommend the company. They are very polite, pontual and professional. I used the service for 2 weeks everyday and their cars were always very clean and the drivers very responsables.
Told they were fully booked when trying to make booking three days in advance. I think this was probably because we haven’t to mention we have guide dogs! I won’t be recommending this company.
