Excellent services, very polite and supportive staff. I am sending parcels to Romania for more than 4 years, by using only this company and I never had a problem. They are ready to help even we are talking either the staff from the UK nor from Romania. They are reliable and trustful. It is a real pleasure to collaborate with EASTLINES company. The worst services. I've sent 3 boxes   Cardboard boxes and it arrived wet and destroyed. Is not the first time when arrived like this. So don't waste your money.

Eastlines are just great . I got the best surprise yesterday,  a little token of spring from the person that came to collect my parcel on 8th of March, Women's Day! Sometimes attention to detail is everything! Thank you  Great services! Used them s few times

Delightful experience, when to the office to drop off a small parcel. The lady at reception was professional, she explained everything very well, the whole process was over in just a few minutes. I checked the tracker and the parcel departed for shipping as promised during the night.

I am very pleased with the services they're providing. I haven't experienced any issues anytime I had to send things from UK to Romania. Beside the bad reviews, I always sent the parcels in a hard box, making sure that the corners are safe preventing any damage from handling and tear. They offered a standard service with delivery between 8-10 days but I received the goods in 5 days. Therefore, thank you Eastlines for a efficient, convenient and good service.

Can’t believe I ever used UK couriers, when Eastlines can get my parcels delivered faster, collect from my home, and charge a fraction of what others do.

NEVER AGAIN !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHEMED OF YOURSELF. I send once a desk chair with them. It arrived destroyed. When they take the money, they take it immediately,  but if something happened, thay ask you to do a formal complain and then to provide all receipts for the the products that you sent so they give you compensation, because they know that less then 10% will do this, and after they still don't guve you anything. I did put card and a lot of bubble wrap around it but they still find a way to brake it and they didn't take the responsibility for anything. The pass it to Fan Curier. I don't care about your collaborators. I sent it through you and it arrived destroyed and didn't get any compensation  !!!
