Took about 20 mins to get through (Southampton took 50 and I was still waiting) when I did get through a woman called Sandy was very helpful, polite and friendly and gave me clear instructions on what will be happening with a food hygiene certificate I am applying for. Was pleasantly surprised.

Rang up to ask about getting a permit for a vehicle as my flat doesn't have a allocated parking space. I was told "all the flats there have parking spaces" as if I don't know whether my own flat has a parking space or not! I then asked him if I could get a permit as I need my boiler changed and there's nowhere for the heating engineer to park, "he still replys to me, use your allocated parking space". I don't have an allocated parking space!!! He then told me I need to speak to the person who owns the block of flats and ask where the heating engineer is suppose to park?! 

The guy I spoke to shouldn't be working on the phones. He doesn't sound educated enough to dress himself in the morning let alone answer questions.

Can't deal with anything on the phone and website is terrible been told I have to send a letter or maybe carrier pigeon

So as this establishment is not open on the weekends how am i ment to bring in proof of address, photo ID  etc, when I work all week. 
Really feel they should have a Saturday morning drop in /appointment even if it's only 9 till 12. Now have to ask my boss for a long lunch so I can do this
