The hall was small and not well-kept according to the functions they hold there . It's just too plain for a wedding look or any function. Unfortunately , Food was not nice and tasty as expected ... Chicken jalfrazi dish was not at all good. Lamb pulao was just okay .!! Lamb gravy was just okay . They served chicken kebabs and mutton kebabs which were okay . They were abit hard though. Overall was not impressed with the quality of the food . And most of all people wasted food on the floor but no one cared to clean it or took it from there so no one steps on it . Undortunately , Ambiance was not up to the mark as expected . Interior was just okay . Hall was small and tacky . Not managed the way it should be according to the functions. Not impressed at all by the management .
I shot a wedding there and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Most pleasant experience doing a wedding shoot.
Good spacious hall, friendly staff. However in the WC could do with mixer taps. The hot water is untouchable. Prayer room available.
Beautiful hall with plenty of space. We managed to accomodate 500 guests with ease. The food quality is also great. Excellent service from the staff. Reasonable price for renting the hall. Parking space also available for more than 50 cars. Definitely recommend for hiring the hall.
Great venue for a small party. Onlybimprovemntsvtheyvneedbto make is make sure power outlet plugs all work which many did not and had to have a extension lead to connect equipment and maybe several TV screens on either side to display footage.
We had lunch there today for a engagement celebration the place was full the food was tasty and there was enough food for everyone very happy
Excellent Venue. Amazing food. Wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend. We hosted a family function at Eastern Pearl on Wednesday, Aug’ 22. From the start to the end customer service was excellent. Food was best. Wonderful staff. Flexible & approachable booking team. Appreciate the food tasting session arranged by the booking team in order to chose the right menu. This was friendly & comfortable. Stage & hall arrangements were perfect. Photographer & DJ were allowed to the hall an hour before time. Balance food was given back to us after the party, packed neatly and ready to take home. Polite, attentive & friendly hosting team on the day. Thankful to God for choosing this venue. Our guests were extremely pleased with the venue & the food. Definitely would recommend for any functions for family & friends. Thank you & God bless you Team Eastern Pearl. Raj & Jeanne
Amazingly specious hall. Comes with standard fairy lights and drapes in a package. You can use the microphone and speakers to play your own music or hire a DJ. They have 3 DIFFERENT PACKAGES. They offer limo, catering, photography, video, ect services. They have their own parking . The only thing which could have been better was the toilets. More clean and hygienic , an improvement is required. The food was nice but the utensils they use is so basic that I wouldn't use them on my house parties. Disappointing. Other then that nice decent venue.
Polite attentive waiters, DJ was good, played some classic tunes that were pleasant to the ear but at the same time didn't seem dated. The sound volume was just right - you could enjoy both conversations and music. Food and drink was delicious and generous.
The staff just didn't seem to understand any queries. The baby changing is a worktop and right in the doorway of anyone coming to the loos so absolutely zero privacy. The sinks were disgusting and blocked and the staff couldn't give me a container of hot water for my baby's milk. They could only give me a water jug which is too small or a flat serving bowl how am I meant to warm it up in that?? Assuming there is a kitchen in the back, I'd assume they had something to put it in but they seemed unwilling, uncaring, all the while my son is absolutely screaming at the top of his voice as he is hungry
