Out of hours gp sent prescription here at 5;30. Was informed was open until 10pm. Travelled to the pharmacy at 7;30 to find it closed. Prescription was for my daughter......pointless getting a prescription if cant pick it up. Can understand if have to close but should maybe make GPs aware so could of had prescription sent elsewhere and actually be collected
Recently the service has really dropped off a cliff, the phone rings and cuts off, call numerous times whilst open for example Saturday when report open. @ 1920 3x more calls no answer….I am out of pain relief, trying to check stock before leaving next village! I try and get organised with my meds, & on line with the app, they don’t get delivered I’d be happy to collect, but sometimes easier not disrupting the lots subsequently at times I order on line again, creating work at GP as they need to check and decline my order, as Ive not received previous prescription. I used these for flexibility, yet question their suggested opening hours…may need updating.
Out of hours service sent prescription to them on Sunday. I travelled from Withernsea only to find a notice on the door saying they were shut all day not good enough
Hardly ever open, they don't have the prescription when you go to collect ..when they do get it you can't get it because there shut
Emergency gp sent a prescription to this place at 9pm. We got there at 10pm after a hours travel only to find out it’s shut. Absolutely useless. They need to sort there times out.
Most of the time they won’t have the drugs needed to fill a prescription, simple things like inhalers or birth control pills. But more recently they haven’t even had a pharmacist to fill prescriptions so they have just been closed meaning people can’t get their prescriptions.
After looking online for a local late night pharmacy er pharmacy came up open till 23:00 it read driving there for after burn cream arrived 21:00 to find the shutters closed no body there absolute shambles AMEND YOUR OPENING HOURS AND STOP DECEIVING PEOPLE OR CLOSE DOWN ALL TOGETHER IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE
Prescriptions not received. Have been 3weeks waiting for the completion of my order. Does not answer the phone.
Says they are open till 11pm but plenty of times I have been at 7-7.30pm and they are shut. Also lots of times I've been in to get my prescription when they are open and I'm told the pharmacist isn't in so they can't give me it. No organisation and never answer the phone.
Opening hours not as stated! 111 prescribed prescription to this pharmacy as stated open until 7pm, my husband arrived at 3pm within half an hour of the prescription being sent to find it had closed at 1pm.
