We are so delighted, and would highly recommend Applewood. Our wooden floors are perfect and finished to such a high standard. Our beautiful oak staircase with glass panelling is incredible, with our bespoke wine cabinet, nestled underneath and finishing it all off, really gives our hallway the wow-factor. Every part of the project was well designed, neatly installed, and the quality of the service was second to none. The team were so friendly, a real pleasure to have in our home, and such skilled craftsmen. Thank-you all so much.
Brilliant workmanship and experience of fitting. We had made-to-measure internal glass and oak sliding doors and a new front door. They were quick at providing a quote and exactly on time to fit the items, moving the installation date to fit our needs. The joiners who came to our house were really nice and considerate, keeping us updated and getting the job done well. The quality of the doors and fitting is superb - a particular challenge, given nothing is quite true in our house. The work came in exactly on budget. I would highly recommend and have already asked them back for a further piece of work.
I could not recommend Applewood highly enough. The workmanship and attention detail was excellent throughout our project. All of the team we're brilliant and a particular mention to Jason and Jack who were always very respectful and went out of their way to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Easiest 5 star review...!
Really pleased with our oak and glass staircase. Peter provided an accurate quote, his team installed it with minimal disruption to the house and very little remedial work required. Peters team have been exceptional in all of our dealings with them.
From the moment my wife and I made contact with Peter and his fantastic team we knew had made the right decision. Peter and his team were so willing to listen to what we wanted but not sure if it was achievable, Peter made some suggestions and helped point us in the right direction. He came back with plans and a price, after a little bit of tweaking we knew it was going to be right. The install team were fantastic and helpful and on time. The result is everything we wanted it to be. Thank you so much.
I am delighted with the beautiful oak door Applewood Joinery made for me. The door was exactly to my specifications and looks amazing. Jason and Jack removed my old door and fitted the frame and new door very efficiently. They had to work in very bad weather but left everything spotless, inside and out, going above and beyond what I expected. The whole job was carried out with care and impressive attention to detail. I am a very happy customer. Thank you everyone at Applewood Joinery.
I was very disappointed with Applewood service, I had to wait over three weeks for a site survey and then when I went to the site for the arranged meeting, no one turned up. I rang 4 times and no update could be given on when the person would arrive. Finally they said they had received a whatsapp message and he would be another at least another 1.5 hours and did I wish to wait. I had other meetings already scheduled so cold not wait for three hours. I was offered another appointment for nearly a month later even though they had not turned up initially. I cannot comment on their work only their customer service or in this case their lack of it. It was for a big job so maybe they just didn't want the work, very disappointed as I try to keep to local companies but reliability is clearly not a priority for this company.
New front door manufactured from European Oak. Exceptionally good to deal with from inception to completion and with workmanship of the highest order. Entirely bespoke service with scrupulous attention to detail so as to ensure you get exactly the door that you want.
Soft wood interior doors you guys made for me were spot on. Couldn't be any happier with the look and the workmanship gone in to these doors and the guys who fitted it from your company were good at tyeding up after them selfs and hung the doors in good time 10 out if 10.
Although pleased with the products and the fitters, the organisation of this company left a lot to be desired. We had to constantly telephone and visit as communication was very poor. Completion dates ran way over which was also disappointing.
