Called them out to my washing machine which unfortunately was beyond repair. I then bought a new machine from them which wad promptly delivered and installed. Wonderful service from a local business

I am very impressed with A.B Coates Hedon. This is a local, established family business with top quality products and excellent Customer Service. The showroom has a variety of products available but far more are available on request. They supply all the well-known brands, on fridges, freezers, washing machines etc. along with doing repairs. One of the main reasons I have used them, is due to their knowledge of the products, helpful advice and being able to arrange delivery at a time that suits me. There may be similar products available on the internet but do they come with excellent customer service and a long family history of quality products and service ?...give them a try, like me, you may well be impressed !.
Best independent retailer around. Goes above and beyond. Brilliant service, brilliant staff.
