Staff are fine, but if you want an appointment you literally have to wait up to a month. I was told yesterday (the 18th Sept) that the first free Dr's appt was the 10th October. Also, a simple ear syringing did not go to plan, and I have to wait 10 days before another go, as 'the doctors don't do that sort of thing'. It's like the patients are a nuisance. I know that's not the case, as I have said, the doctors and nurses are great. But the number of patients has obviously increased for the practice, and they have not got the infrastructure to deal with the volume of traffic, and as nice as they are, surely that is what it's all about isn't it? Not great.

A Very poor service, waited over the five days for a repeat prescription (I have to come out of work to sort out ). Cannot get an appointment for up to a month in advance.

ALL THE DOCTORS IN THIS MEDICAL CENTER ARE AS NICE AND THOROUGH AS YOU WOULD FIND ANYWHERE.I CANNOT PRAISE THEM ANY HIGHER.THE SUPPORT STAFF ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AS WELL.I HAVE NOW BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW,AND STILL HAVE THE SAME OPINION AS I DID BEFORE.IN CASE OF ANY CONFUSION I AM CALLED EITHER STEVE OR DENNIS.

The doctors and nurses at this medical center are very caring,friendly,and efficient.The rest of the staff are also the same.
