Excellent doctors surgery. Always have great service from all staff, including the reception staff, nurses and doctors. E-consult is easy to use, but I also find it easy to get in contact via phone as well. I have had excellent service the last few years. Just yesterday I had a blood test in the morning and they got in contact today with results and a treatment plan. Really impressed and grateful to be a patient at this surgery.
Terrible doctors. Told me for years I was lying / exaggerating about symptoms to a condition it turned out I have. The receptionist make sarcastic comments , dismissive of my problems , very unsupportive and patronising. Made to feel like a burden for asking for help. Used to be a great doctors but have gone down hill terribly. Takes weeks to months to be seen to or even hear back!
The NHS is broken and this surgery is a prime example of that. Unhelpful receptionist staff and Drs who don't actually want to see patients. The caring mentality isn't their anymore its just the salary they turn up for.
I object to be informed by a receptionist unless she is medically trained what my best course of action was . As my symptoms were worsening , she had no idea what i was trying to explain to her and i dont think was listening or would of understood . obviously told by somebody else what to say . I was offered an appointment , for that i thank you. . I could not get to you physically but was desperate to.nTower Hse have been great to me but its worrying when trying to explain to an untrained person how you are feeling and being asked your symptoms and what course if action i should take
