Been a patient here for many years and the place is awful one doctor is particularly rude (I won't name them) If you are new to the island and/or need a new permanent doctors give this place a very wide birth. It's got to the point were I now self medicate because this place is so unpleasant I don't want to attend here..

Hard to rate the doctors when you can never get to see them or ever get anyone to even pick up the phone. Terrible.

Can never get an appointment. On hold from 8.15 then hung up. Reception are rude and dismissive for other NHS workers working in surgery time and unable to do working hours appointments. Had to go to A&E ridiculous. I would rate the doctors but only get option of a nurse who i did see once and he didnt even address what i went for. If you can find another surgery go.

Most of the doctors and nursing staff are very good but if you want to book an appointment you can only do it by being at the surgery or telephoning at 8.15am. Not the most convenient time for anyone

Most people call this place bad, what do you expect; they take on so many patients daily. With the 3 doctors/nurses I got assigned, they were very understanding and helpful, one was a male. the others were female nurses. I am unaware of any bad apples, they did have a rough start taking in all them new patients, eventually they got better.
