My God, talk about cowboys. The worst car rental company. I have withdrawn my initial review after my experience. This company should be investigated and closed for good. I'll try to get in touch with the BBC panorama or watchdog mob to expose easirent.

Great service. Plus we were a little late returning due to issues with access to storage facility. Friendly support when returned. Thank you.
Having booked well in advance, we were on our way to pick up the van in order to move house when we were told there was no van for us! From reading the reviews, it looks like we had a lucky escape and we managed to get a van from Arnold Clark for almost the same price and much better customer service! Avoid!
