Had a great experience with Easirent. Sixt left me hanging with a reservation that they did not fulfilled and I found Easi last minute. Service was really great and I felt supported all the time over the phone and through their easy process. The car was in Fulham Broadway next to where I live! Thank you! Great price and great service!
Don't trust this easirent they are scammer, they Literally rush me out of the place talking about they were supposed to close at 10 and they re here because my flight was d elayed so there was supposed to refund me back some of my money and they refused to do it, And because they don't I'm not from there i cant just buy a ticket,they won't answer my email. one person told me that my refund will be in my card 5 to 7 days then someone else can tell me that they won't give me a refund because I return the car before time They are all liars and scammers don't trust them. I had an emergency and I'd to cut my vacation short. Don't rent any car from EASIRENT IN ORLANDO Florida
£60 rental for a last minute weekend rental is not too bad. Staff were nice but the process of getting the car was HORRIBLE. 40 minutes dealing with all the requests: two proof of adress the one on my license wasnt enough + dvla code. The car park is about a 7 minute walk from the rental office. I was offered upgrades, insurance, pre paid gas repeatedly and in a bit of a pushy way. At the end i got a nice car but the experience of getting the car was a huge disappointment.
Sanj - top service man! We were well impressed how he singlehandedly managed to juggle 10 customers at once - man needs a raise! You need to have your documents ready and have read the intro email if you want smooth pickup. All the "hidden costs" are normal congestion charges as the pickup is located within the congestion zone. It is not your 5 star hotel service where you get pampered, but if you need good price car from central London, and you somewhat have general knowledge of driving in Central London, you should have no difficulties.
Do not use this company - they provide a really poor service at every level. They do not include the congestion charge in the price as do all other car rental companies in the area - so it’s an extra £30 which does not show up in the price comparison sites Also there no was no fuel when I ordered it with a full tank. With the warning light flashing. It also too an hour to wait and do the paperwork - having also not flagged when booking I needed to bring two utility bills nor the need for a DVLA code. All in all a really terrible experience. I would not recommend this company - stay clear for roughly the same price you can book Enterprise down the road.
I had a good experience with these guys. I got a good car for the lowest price I could find. They do all their interactions over the phone there's no one waiting in person to hand you the keys and were very responsive. One of them Sanj was good enough to let me return late. I'd use them again.
I had a good experience with this rental company. I rented for two days, the check in and return process went good. The car was nice. There will be a few extras you might need to pay for such as adding an additional driver or getting unlimited km. My car was £85 for two days with the above extras. The £1500 deposit came off my credit card within a week. I had to put this pre-authorization on my cc, as I didn't want to pay to lower the excess.
I had an amazing experience renting Easirent! The car was almost brand new 900 miles, hire went as it should quickly without an issue, and returning the car was easy as well. People please read the rules and the fine print! It's ridiculous that everybody is complaining about their service and giving low ratings for doing what you agreed they will do. Very nice company, recommended!
Had a great experience renting Easirent! The car was clean and with sufficient fuel, hire went as it should, I have rented many cars and it generally takes 30 -35 minutes Sanj was helpful as he could be, going through upgrade and returning the car was easy as well Clive was efficient chekcking the car and was extremely curious. Everyone - please read the rules and the fine print! It makes no sense to complain about their service and giving low ratings for doing what you expect from a car hire service.
