Rented a car for a week while my normal car had work done. The staff at Hertz were very polite and friendly and had everything ready for me when I collected the car. The car tank was full and I was shown the controls. Again, when I returned the car they swiftly processed everything and the drop off went smoothly. Great service, highly recommended.

The service at this location was great for pick up. However, upon returning, I was subjected to a 25 min inspection. It seemed like they were trying to find damage, which they at least said they did. I have provided photos and you can decide if you see damage. I won’t ever be returning to this location and would recommend you hire a car from somewhere else.

Probably the best car hire experience I've ever had. The staff are genuinely concerned that you've understood everything & that you're getting exactly what you need. Vehicles are in good condition and prices competitive. The vehicle pick up and drop off process was quick and efficient

Staff at this station was so kind, unbelievable. They even gave us a ride back to the underground station with all of our luggage. Got a quite new car for our trip, no issues with it.

I'm writing this on behalf of a family member who hired a car just under a month ago and wanted to highlight how fantastic Imran was in helping us deal with our problem. What happened to us is extremely rare but two cars broke down. The first car was replaced by a second one which should never have even left the office because it was making noises from the word go this was NOT Southgate, but an Oxfordshire office, where we made the first swap. Unfortunately on swapping the second car for a third one at LHR there was a further problem with admin again, not Southgate's fault and Imran helped us sort it out with his colleagues - out of hours I may add. If it hadn't been for him, we may well not have been able to get the second car swapped for a third one. I know that staff at customer facing companies like Hertz are expected to have to deal with these things, but Imran went way out of his way to help us, and I was extremely grateful.

Had a really smooth experience renting from the team at Hertz - Southgate. It was very quick and Imran was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with, as were the rest of the team. The quality of the car was fantastic and the price seemed very reasonable. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent from here again in the future

Imraan and team were fantastic from start to the  very end. I will most certainly be using them again. I hired a car to carry out official Electorial Registration duties delivering ballot boxes from a Polling station I was managing. They made hiring of the vehicle so easy, the car was immaculate throughout out and drove beautifully. Thank you!

Probably one of the best experience i had with car rental services!! staff were all super nice and friendly, they processed the paper work very quickly and in no time i had my car ready. not to mention they gave me a very cool upgrade on my car! will definitely use again!

Imran and the team were first rate. Couldn't fault the booking process, car was clean and ready at collection time. At the time of booking the rental rate was considerably lower than Enterprise on a true like for like basis. Will definitely use again.

Best rental experience we’ve had. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, cannot commend the staff enough. And, of course, the car was perfect! Would definitely hire here again.  Imraan, and colleagues, thanks for the great service!
