AVOID THIS BRANCHnnI booked an XL van online for a house move, 8am–2pm, £140. Two minutes before I arrived to collect it, they called to say my van wasn’t available. I was offered a “large” van instead, despite large vans being cheaper than XL on their own website. I enquired about this and was told the price would stay the same with no partial refund, because “there’s not much difference between the two.” Given it was moving day and I had no time to argue, I accepted it.nnAt the counter, I was then told I had to return the van by 1pm, not 2pm as booked, and given a vague excuse about it being needed for another booking 1:30pm. I only agreed because I was desperate for the van that day. While I was out, staff called repeatedly chasing the return to the point I stopped answering until I was nearly done with the van. I returned the van at 2pm, exactly the time I’d originally booked it for.nnTo top it off, the receipt showed I’d been charged for a full day’s rental, which doesn’t match what I was told in branch. The woman on reception was rude throughout, from pickup to drop-off.nnI usually rent from Europcar and only came here because my usual branch was shut. Lesson learned. I’d rather travel further to a Europcar branch than deal with this Enterprise / location again. Poor communication, pressure tactics, and no accountability for their own booking error.STAY AWAY.

Every single time I visit England to see my family, this is the only office I trust with my car rental needs and they never, ever let me down.nnThe guys here are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question I had with confidence and making sure I had exactly the right vehicle for my trip. But what really sets them apart is their attitude. Friendly, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. Picking up a rental car can sometimes feel like a chore, but these guys make it a highlight of the journey!nnOn top of that, everything runs like clockwork. The whole process is smooth, efficient, and perfectly organised from start to finish. No stress, no waiting around. Just great service delivered with a smile.nnThank you so much to the whole team. You make every visit feel like catching up with old friends. See you next time!

From start to finish my experience with Enterprise Palmer's Green was nothing short of pleasant and professional. Prior to booking with this branch I had tried booking at the Russell Square branch in person the day before - which left me less than impressed. The Palmer's Green branch made the whole booking, pickup and drop off smooth and stress free. All the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I plan to only use Enterprise Palmer's Green for all my future rental needs. Thank you.
Truly one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were absolutely amazing in care and professionalism. The vehicles were not without flaws but the way the team handled the situation was top notch. Highly recommended!!
