Bought a car in Feb and after buying and finding out about a few issues was promised it would be sorted, 1st was window switch took 3-4wks to be resolved 2nd was a starting/injector issue and after 6-8wks to be sorted in end i had injector damage from the 2nd visit back so decided it would be faster and easier to sort with my own mechanic and bare the cost myself. Eamon was always very friendly and easy to take the car back to fix but was very slow in giving any update on your vehicle while in his custody I always had to call to find outand even slower in resolving the actual problem.

I bought a premium used car which needed some minor but expensive warranty work carried out a few mths after purchase. Eamon sorted it with no quibble and did it quickly. He even took it to the main dealer to get a recall sorted as well. Outstanding service and a great car.

My good lady bought a car from this company 4 months ago & there was a few issues to be resolved and after numerous texts to Eamon & him promising to get things resolved we're still waiting! The initial sale was fine but the after sales has been shocking and disappointing to say the least. When the car was bought Eamon assurred us he would do the paperwork and send the receipt via email but still waiting so as it's stands we paid a substantial amount of money to purchase a vehicle and to date haven't received any paperwork regarding payment, purchase or warranty! Eamon has promised all will be resolved but please don't take his word for it make sure to get it in writing.

Excellent service at all times from Eamon & Team.Have been dealing with him for at least 25 years and after sales service is second to none.
