Very poor bought a car of them 4 weeks ago with full years mot got it home and found a o/s/r spring and o/s/f drop link broke, also ac wasn’t working and pad warning light coming on and off  a week later n/s/f brakes stuck on burnt pads and discs out after going to ballymoney because waited a week on pads and discs and they did not send them down to find out they ordered the wrong parts had to wait another day to get right parts which this time they sent to another dealer nearby fitted pads and discs warning light still on tracked fault to faulty wirting loom rang and spoke to them and he told me sure it’s only a light coming on it will do it no harm I don’t know about anyone else but a buzzer going and a big yellow warning light on your dash  staring  You in the face every time your driving the car is a bit annoying after a while told him I’ve only had the car 4 weeks and I’ve done nothing but put parts on it since I’ve got it he told me the cars 10 year old and I’m not fixing it said I’ll tell you what just bring car back and I’ll give you money back he was very ignorant on phone didn’t want to know nothing about it I found this very poor service I’ve been in the car trade for 18 years and have never seen any place like this very poor and  disorganised one doesn’t know what the others doing everything seems to be a joke with them   Except When they taking your money off you I would never buy another car of them again car wasn’t even looked at before it was sold and in my  Opinion The cars are not half moted just want to let people know what they are selling down there pure joke I am reporting him to trading standards tomorrow for selling faulty cars

Often being quick to criticise I also should be as quick to speak out when people do things right. I had a great experience with Carmichael Cars. Keenly priced motors, good friendly customer service and a clean well kept business premises will put the budding customer at ease that this is a firm that takes pride in what they do. I liked that I was updated with a wee text on how things were going so I could plan and alter a busy working day accordingly. I would definitely recommend Carmichael Cars to friends considering a new car. Top work chaps.
