Have dealt with Carmichael Cars a couple of times and have to say their customer service is first class. Most recently purchased a car on behalf of my mother and all the guys go above an beyond to exceed the needs of what the customer wants in a car. The selection of stock is always excellent. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future
Bought a mini countryman from here - dealt with Mark. Was allowed to test drive with the whole family, let me put car seats and pram in etc to see if it would all fit then allowed to drive on our own to see if we liked the car. Bought the car and they had it ready within a week, shortly after getting the car it developed a fault with the timing chain. Phoned Mark and he said he would arrange for someone close by us to look at it as we live ways away from them. They arranged for someone to look at and repair it, Carmichael cars paid for the whole thing. Absolutely fair play to them as most other garages would have told us to stuff it. Really can’t recommend them enough for this reason, would come back to buy another car from them no bother.
Bought a car 4 months ago from here, car was fine upon purchase. Three days into having the car needed to take the car to an autospark to have work done thankfully covered under warranty. Once the warranty ran out, been nothing but bother. Four new tyres, new battery, dpf work, droplinks & much more needing replaced today found out the headlight brackets/components are completely broken from previous work carried out before purchase, out of a complete fortune after purchasing the car outright from here.
My Husband and I have bought our last few car's from Carmichael Car's. A great selection of car's to choose from, a great service and friendly staff. Johnny is only a phone call away if you have a problem and is willing to help anyway he can. So I highly recommend Carmichael Car's to anyone who is considering buying a new car.
First car purchase from Carmichael Cars, very impressed with the service provided. Stefan went above and beyond, giving me information on the car I was interested in well past working hours. Guys where great crack as well as professional- will defiantly be back Employee of the month has to go to Stefan

Just purchased a car off Mark today. Sent enquiry last week late at night and he responded right away it was definitely outside work hours and we arranged for me to come down and see the car. He was ready and waiting and greeted me and my dad. Got the car out and let us have a test drive, was only happy to answer questions I had about the car. I decided to purchase the car, Mark got it serviced and MOT’d & ready for collection in less than a week. I came on the train to pick up the car and he arranged for a driver to come and pick me up and bring me over to their premises. Car was ready and waiting, he had all the documents ready for me, and the car was spotless, payment was simple too via card. I had a few questions and he answered them all. This is the first time I have bought my own car and as daunting a process it is because I know absolutely nothing about cars, Mark put me at ease right away. I had a lovely drive home in my new car. I would 100% recommended these guys if you are looking for a new car.
Got an Audi q7 of them everything straight forward very fast getting back to you even if you have a we problem sorted out very fast would highly recommend them after care is amazing would give more stars but 5s the limit .will definitely buy from them again next time round
Couldnt recommend these guys enough, great service and aftercare..had a couple of issues within first few months of buying a used car and they were quick to get it sorted at a mechanic close to me..credit to Stefan..
