The best customer service I've ever received! John is highly professional, friendly and helpful. I came from England, John picked me up from the airport, helped me to sort out all documents and even booked a ferry. 5-star service!
Thanks to John and the team in Kia Roadside. They were very welcoming, so easy to work with and supported us making sure we could import into the South of Ireland. John made sure we had everything we needed and made it easy for us to collect the car. All the paper work done now and we are delighted with our, new to us, electric car. From sales to services, and everything in-between, everyone in roadside has amazing customer service skills! They will always go out of their way to chat to you and to see if they can fix any issues you may have. I changed from ford to Kia almost a year ago now, and everyone still treats me the exact same as they did when I was initially in to buy my first Kia. I'm so glad I made the move to roadside garages! Just had my first reminder for service, and for the first time in a long time I'm not dreading taking my car into the garage! Thank you Kia Roadside. See you guys soon for a service!

Really pleased so far with the service and purchase from Roadside. I bought a second hand Mazda and have been very impressed with the friendly and helpful approach from the outset, during two visits to test drive the car, and through the rest of the sales process. I was struck by the fact that even on the Used Cars NI listing the first page showed not a picture of the car, but a video of customer testimonials for the garage plenty of pictures too!. Mark looked after me throughout the purchase and I appreciated his straightforward, relaxed, and honest approach. He took time to explain things and answer my questions, the advice provided was valuable and reliable. Despite living in Belfast I am sufficiently impressed that I am likely to continue with Roadside for service and aftercare. Although this is the first time I've bought outside the manufacturer's dealer network new/approved used I am considerably reassured by the fact that they are an official Kia dealer, and at this early stage will update this review if situation changes! I would have no hesitation in buying from Roadside again.
We were very pleased with the service we received at Roadside Garages. Mark really did everything he could to help us as we purchased a new car. He has continued to help with any queries we have had since we began driving it and deserves full commendation for customer service.
Just bought a brand new Kia EV6 from Roadside. Mark Lamont saw me through the whole process in a friendly, knowledgeable and effective manner and he was always there to answer my queries by phone, email or in person.
