Big thanks to both Leanne for arranging my new car and Morgan for the hassle free handover. Morgan's customer service was exemplary. He was professional, confident and courteous. He informed me he's only recently moved into the role and I honestly wouldn't have known if he didn't tell me. Very happy with the service from Edwin May and will continue to use in the future due to this experience.
Have dealt with parts multiple times and always had a positive experience. Even some less common parts can be had by the next day and staff are very knowledgeable. Would recommend the parts department here

Edwin may Volkswagen Coleraine superb business and customer awareness and effort is second to none. I recently purchased and new VW tiguan from this store and there salesman Gordon Kyle was the most honest and helpful guy I’ve met to date. After meeting Gordon and also carrying out a trade in so I could upgrade to the VW tiguan he made everything so effortless. The guys knowledge and understanding of the motor game and how to get things done hassle free was spot on. I’m overjoyed with the car and it was in mint condition for my arrival to pick up. Can’t say enough about this crowd but I certainly will be back in future years. Gordon Kyle the man who gets it done. Thanks again Gordon for your effort
Peter gave me a brilliant deal on a two day car hire. My flight was delayed from London which meant I couldn't get to the garage before closing to hire my car. I rang ahead spoke to Fred who offered to pick me up from the train station when I came in at 8.30pm! We completed the paperwork at the garage, within half an hour I was on my way! Fred met me on the bank holiday Saturday at Coleraine Station to collect the car. He couldn't have been more helpful. I had never known of better customer service anywhere. He went out of his way to ensure that I had a good trip to Northern Ireland. Amazing!
Great place to buy a car. Gordon was fantastic. Their after sales and servicing excellent. Beautiful brand new courtesy car provided.
Car service and MOT check carried out efficiently. Phoned and fully consulted about recommended repairs. Premises were fully Covid compliant. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Drove down from Belfast on personal recommendation - all I can say is Leanne and Fred did not disappoint and were a pleasure to deal with. All the staff are all friendly and courteous. Leanne took time and made sure all my queries were answered fully. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
