Local DIY store well known for its utter lack of customer service. The wood is cheap enough though which gives it more than a single star.

I do not wish to give this place a star becasue  the  male staff have patronising manner . I have frequented this merchant before  but had I read the reviews about their manner to  women I would have boycotted it . I have now experienced the rude, argumentative and intimidating  manner of Mr Conway and will not be visiting again. Engineering, construction and the built  environment profession is no longer the preserve of men and this store needs to update its  customer service  training.

What a dreadful experience. Staff are rude and unhelpful, they clearly don't like working there and don't like customers. One idiot was having a tantrum this morning, kicking boxes around and shouting. Really, what a bunch of ignorant a holes. Avoid this shower of ****
