I recently ordered and paid for a 2nd. hand Isabella awning from Glossop and within about an hour I received a phone call from their salesman Dominic saying that having checked the awning I wanted they had found that 1 or 2 of the poles were missing ! he was therefore going to send me a replacement awning same spec.and a newer model (Priced at £300.00 more than the original) for the same price That to me is great service thank you Dominic and Glossop

Just bought a Kampa 390 plus awning. plus accessories. There were a few supply issues to start with, although not the fault of Glossop Caravans. Many thanks to Josh, who was really helpful in sorting everything out and making sure that we left as happy customers.

absolutely fantastic service... had a gr8 discount on an expensive awning no-one else cud match.. took minutes on the phone 2 will order at 2.30pm the following day it arrived by 9am free of charge... thankyou so much thrilled..
