Very good sales person John I dealt with but when I went to order the carpet it had doubled in price and the Manger started putting cold water on the estimate price given by John. In the end couldn’t give me a measure up date so have gone with a local firm. Bye

First review online, worst customer service after getting your money. 

Fitter says wheel wardrobe over hallway back to bedroom itll be fine, still got the indents 4 months later. They blamed it on everything even the floor below carpet (which was just newly leveled concrete)

Do not waste your money or let them fool you into thinking they're actually interested in helping you.

We bought carpet for the whole house. All staff were excellent!!  Cameron was amazing👍 very polite and friendly and always kept us upto date! Great lad.. made us feel comfortable and answered all are questions. He's a Credit to carpet right.

Very helpful in shop and when measuring, problem was carpet was not measured correctly and did not fit. The fitters were great and contacted the shop to sort out and a second fitting was organised for a Saturday morning, at 4.50 still no sign of fitters and we had to chase for updates.

 next time we will be using a local shop and avoiding carpertright - Not Happy.
